Bit of a downer for an ending.  Get ready for the ACTION to begin in BOOK THREE!

We’ll be on hiatus until next Monday, July 27th, when Book Three begins in earnest, 2 pages posted per day as always.  BOOK TWO should be up on it’s own easy-to-read WEBREADER a la BOOK ONE WEBREADER by next week, plus AQ BOOK ONE FOR THE KINDLE should go live next week as well (or soon abouts).  PLUS Book One and Book Two are heading out to the printer (Ka-Blam) this week sometime.  Whew.  You can see why we need a hiatus!

Now if only I can get all this accomplished like I boast I’m going to do!

AQ Book Two ends with tomorrow’s post, after which we’ll be taking yet another few day sabatical to prepare for BOOK THREE.  And that cool news on AQ in print and on the Amazon Kindle is shortly to be announced to boot!  Glory days ahead, chaps.  Glory days ahead.

Oops!  Mariangela gone and did it!  She burned her little Tazio to save the world from Armageddon.  Or a really preternaturally good soccer player.  Which is all Tazio’s actually been to date.  Oh, well.  Too late to turn back now!  Bye, Tazio!

Uh oh.  The antichrist got religion.  This is definitely a turn for the worst, or the best, or…hell, who knows?

That needs to be a Harry Potter young reader’s type fantasy novel – “The Head of Baphomet, Anton Artemis, and Myself”.  Oooo, imagination is running away!  Come back you scamp bastard!

This is what happens when you’re smart enough to know the Bible for being pure symbolism, but you live in a fantasy world where it’s actually kind of not

For in that place of smoke and hot brimstone and sad, writhing, screaming souls there lies a LAKE OF FIRE.

First mention of the hellacious LAKE OF FIRE, which is not coincidentally the title of BOOK NINETEEN (which we’re a bit aways from yet).  But yeah, what goes around comes around.  We’ll get there eventually.  For now, its all titilation!

I know, I know, not quite the manga-flavored mega-battle a modern audience would likely expect with a title like I gave this post, but hey, this isn’t that kind of book.  At least not yet.  The big battles don’t start under Armageddon, cira BOOKS 16-20.  We’re only in BOOK 2 right now.  So it’s a battle of ideas.  Round 1 definitely goes to the Antichrist!  Go Tazio!

Mysteries abound – who is Theron?  Who is ANTON ARTEMIS?!?  Who is this elusive GHOST that Tazio chases about the villa?  Is Ron just making this stuff up as he goes?  Let’s hope it all makes sense in the end! (no promises…)
