The Ulfae (Ulfo and Ulfa)  

Ulfo, explaining The Powers of the Universe

• Full Name: Ulfo/Ulfa/the Demon/the Angel Ulfæon

• Other Aliases: St. John the Divine

• Role: Mentor to Tazio

• Description: The Ulfæ is the collective name of the Avatar who constantly changes with the phases of the moon.  He/She is guardian and guru, protecting young Tazio from Anton Artemis and his own mother Mariangela.  But Ulfo/Ulfa can also be very dangerous in nagative phase, good and evil always in balance.

Ulfo was the son of the monster Baron Antonio Il Grotezco, and as Ulfa the mother of Anton Artemis (both the same entity in different incarnations), it’s all very complicated and messy, but kind of fun anyway.

Oh yeah, and it also turns out that in earlier incarnation Ulfo had once been the same St. John the Divine who just happened to write the Book of Revelations while on the island of Patmos in the year 89 AD.  Kind of a wierd coincidence, eh?
