It’s Tazio as Wonder Boy.  Like the Michael Chabon book.  Or the (ex- [RIP!]) DC super-teen.  Only more Wonder than Super.  Tazio’s a little of both, in the end.  Cocky with swagger and an overachiever but humble and heroic.  The predecessor to both!
